The Beginning of a Journey

In 2012, DART received 852 applications. From these, we interviewed more than 500 candidates and selected 17 candidates to become Fellows.  Those selected undergo rigorous training for four months through the DART Organizers Institute, and successful graduates will be placed into salaried career positions with a local DART organization.

April 1, 2013:  The deadline to apply for the 2013 DART Organizers Institute

We encourage qualified applicants to submit your application well before this deadline if possible, as it will shorten the amount of time needed to process your materials and ensure that you have your first choice of final interview weekend sites.

We encourage you to begin our four step application process now.

      1. Written Application

Complete DART’s written application form and email it, along with your resume, to careers@thedartcenter.org.

After the final interview weekend, candidates who are being seriously considered for hire will participate in a final phone conversation with Ben MacConnell, Director of Recruitment for the Organizers Institute.
